Looking Forward & Equipping Ourselves for the New Year Ahead

The days between Christmas and the new year bring such a wonderful opportunity to reflect over the past year and look forward to the year ahead. This year has looked different for each of us but the one thing that we all have in common is the opportunity to take what we have learned this past year and use it as a tool to improve upon all that we are doing in our homeschools.

Sometimes that looks like laying down something that hasn't been serving us well.

Sometimes it looks like changing things up to something that might serve us better.

And sometimes that looks like being consistent with what we are doing and being more present in our days.

Weeding through, organizing, and reevaluating everything before we begin a new year can save us a lot of unnecessary strain in our days together and will help us to focus on what encourages a life giving homeschool thus strengthening our relationships as a family.
