Sharing the Gospel With Our Children in Our Homes and Our Churches

“Successful parenting is not about achieving goals (that you have no power to produce) but about being a usable and faithful tool in the hands of the One who alone is able to produce good things in your children.”

-Paul David Tripp

Sometimes it can feel like a daunting task to introduce our children to the gospel. We can take them to Sunday school at our local church but we should be in partnership with them and not entrust it all to the church to disciple our children.

But how do we do that within our homes and in a way that our children can begin to understand especially when we don't always understand ourselves?

The Good Gospel is an A-Z Bible resource for young children that gently introduces our children to the Word of God in a similar structure as our other curriculums and can even be used in a church setting as well as within the home.

Here is what one @thepeacefulpress mom had to say about this resource:

"I was reading through The Good Gospel and everything is absolutely beautiful, as always! I love the inclusion of the fine art pieces and the learning stations, the elements that aren't always present in a Sunday school setting.

I especially love how it encompasses a higher understanding of Christ, prayer, and scripture memory then is usually expected from younger children but in an approach that they are able to glean from and understand. I love how the end goal is for them to learn to hear the voice of God.

I also love including teaching children to pray. I wish that someone had taught me to pray growing up, not just recite prayers from memory!

The guided questions are so great for a teacher that may not be confident in pulling their own questions from the story as well.

The declarations & the benediction are just so beautiful too."

The Good Gospel is a wonderful resource if you are looking to introduce your children to the gospel and to prayer. It is an A-Z gospel devotional guide intended for use in preschool Sunday School, or as a weekly accompaniment to The Peaceful Preschool. The guide includes 26 lessons with verses, crafts, Bible stories, declarations, and fine art geared towards helping young children connect with the stories of Jesus in a Sunday School or home setting.

The Good Gospel includes a weekly printable with the Bible verse, declaration, and a picture to colour. We also include a printable with traceable Bible verse for older children. This printable is a perfect take home for your Sunday School students or a great tool for your children in your home to remember the lesson by.

When you purchase The Good Gospel, we also give you a link to a free download of all 26 verses put to music. You can use these in your home or Sunday School to help your children remember the weekly verse.

Have you used The Good Gospel? We'd love to add your review to our site!
